PKP Company was founded to upgrade the professionalism in management and infrastructure development in the field of real estate in accordance with the economic conditions of Laos such as: transportation, consumption, utilities, tourism, health, etc. In addition, PKP company would like to give the opportunity and desire of the Lao people to raise the GDP to a higher level in order to strengthen the stability of living, employment, career growth and housing etc. I am confident that with our strategy and vision, we will be the driving force in the development of PKP to become one of the most successful companies in Asia.

PKP was established with the intention to be a leader in the infrastructure business in Laos.
We have the master plan to divide into 3 phases in business operations in the next 10 years.
Master phase I. Establish a new business related to the basics of living and develop to become a market leader
Master phase II. Set up banks and finance businesses to provide funding for related businesses
Master phase III. Giving back on behalf of society and develop society
With the above vision and commitment, we will conduct business with transparency and financial structure, strong personnel.
To develop Laos for the private sector to be strong, to release obligations to the government and to create jobs for Lao people and to prioritize businesses owned by Laos to compete with foreign countries in a dignified manner.
